"Good Morning, Charlie!"
My name is Charlie, and I have a mission for you! Find my perfect Angel! I already have a couple of Angels in Colorado Greyhound Adoption and my wonderful vet, Dr. Stacey. I need to find that final Angel. The one that will give me my forever home.
Just like Charlie on the TV show, I'm a handsome grey-furred senior boy, 11 years young. I like to rule the roost, and I'm particularly fond of women. Just give me a couch and an intercom and I'll be in Heaven!
Apparently, I'm supposed to give you more information about me. I think what I’ve already said sums it up. I'm a pretty awesome boy if I say so myself.
I'm 11. I have the usual things 11 year olds have. I have arthritis in my neck, wrist, and shoulder and I'm on the general pain med cocktail: Tramadol, Rimadyl, and Gabapentin. I also have three corns on my right back foot that are currently being hulled every three weeks.
I give a warning snaps if other pets get in my space personal space, respect your elders, youngins! I don't like to be left alone, and would do well with another senior greyhound. Someone to enjoy my retirement with. I'm also not very fond of young humans, and would be best in a home with teens and up.
My foster describes me as "everything a person could hope for if adopting a senior to love for his golden years."
I know the perfect home is out there for me. So, let's wrap up this episode with a forever home for me and a job well done!
